On Saturday, 9 December 2017, Kim Kennedy hosted her first ever Dinner Dance, raising funds for dialysis services at Northern Health.
Kim was a dialysis patient at Northern Health in the lead up to a kidney transplant. Wanting to give back, she rallied her friends, family and community to come together for a jolly evening of fundraising and dancing.
Kim’s exemplary efforts demonstrate how important events like this are for the community. Not only do they bring people together to raise money, but also to celebrate the work that is done by so many people working together to provide outstanding health care.
We extend our gratitude to Kim for organising the evening, and to all the guests who came for a dance and raise money for a cause important to our community.
